Thank you for your interest in submitting a WEF Thinks Proposal. WEF is seeking proposals for 1- or 2-day interactive events for 50-150 attendees focused on timely issues and hot topics. Timelines for putting on an event may vary, but the target is anywhere from 3 to 9 months from the date of proposal acceptance. Proposals will be evaluated by the Specialty Conference Advisory Panel and WEF staff team (see the Call for Proposals for review criteria). Accepted proposals will be provided with financial and logistical support from WEF, in collaboration with volunteer efforts, to ensure a successful convening that fosters work towards actionable solutions.

Proposals are due at 11:59 PM Eastern on Wednesday, November 4^th. (may be updated based on what Kelsey says about MA deadlines) Extensions will not be granted, so please make sure you are prepared to submit your proposal by that time.
